Lynio Notifications Not Working? How to Fix Them

How to test your notifications

Go to the Notifications section in Lynio and tap Test notification. The test should be successful.

What to check if the test fails

   Connection: check that the Lynio home screen shows your watch as connected.

   Bluetooth: check that it is on for your iPhone and your watch.

   Lynio on your iPhone: give the permissions shown on the home screen.

   Lynio on your watch: give the permission there too.

   Pairing pop-up: your iPhone asks you to allow the connection when you pair, and you must accept. On the Lynio home screen, the card for notifications and media should show as active. If it doesn't, pair your watch again using the steps below.

   Bluetooth sharing: on your iPhone, open Settings > Bluetooth, tap (i) next to your watch and turn on Share System Notifications.

   The app's notifications: on your iPhone, open Settings > Notifications, choose the app and turn on Allow Notifications. It must be allowed on the Lock Screen and in Notification Center.

   Lynio settings: in Lynio, open Settings > Notifications. Check that the app is turned on and check your quiet hours.

   Muted apps: on your watch, open App notifications and check that the app isn't muted.

    Watch sound: on your watch, open Settings > Sound and check that it isn't muted.

How to pair your watch again

   In Lynio on your iPhone, forget the watch.

   On your iPhone, open Settings > Bluetooth, tap (i) next to your watch and tap Forget This Device.

   On your watch, remove your iPhone from its Bluetooth devices.

Why are notifications silent on my Samsung watch?

   Remove the sticker from the back of the watch, the side that touches your wrist.

   Wear the watch. On most watches, the sound only plays while you are wearing it.

   On your watch, open Settings > Sound and check that it isn't muted.
