Announced August 2026 and on sale from the 20th at $399, this is the storage generation. Google quadrupled it to 64GB, up from 32GB on every earlier Pixel Watch, and moved to a Snapdragon W5 Gen 2 Accelerated with the Cortex-M55 co-processor.
The headline is health. Breathing emergency detection watches for a severe drop in blood oxygen and, if you do not respond, calls emergency services and sends your location. Google describes it as an industry first. Loss of Pulse Detection, introduced on the Watch 3, is here too.
It keeps the repairable design and the side charging dock from the Watch 4, plus ultra-wideband, dual-frequency GPS and Bluetooth 6.0. Google guarantees updates through October 2029, three years from its US on-sale date.
