How to Connect OnePlus Watch 3 to Your iPhone.

Yes. The OnePlus Watch 3 works with iPhone. OnePlus supports Android only, so pair it with Lynio instead and you get calls, notifications, contacts and health sync in about 3 minutes. See how

A 648mAh battery, five days between charges, a 2,200 nit screen, and the best rotating crown on any Wear OS watch.

About the OnePlus Watch 3

Released March 2025 at around $329, and the battery champion of this directory. The 648mAh cell is the largest here, and OnePlus rates it at up to five days in smart mode or 16 days in power saver, with ten minutes on the charger buying a full day.

It manages that with a dual-chip design: a Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 runs Wear OS, and a separate BES 2800 microcontroller handles the low-power work. The 2,200 nit LTPO display is the brightest non-Samsung screen here, the case is stainless steel with a titanium alloy bezel and sapphire front, and the rotating haptic crown at two o'clock is widely rated the best physical control on any Wear OS watch.

Two honest limits. There is no LTE version. And the ECG sensor is present but switched off in the US and Canada, because OnePlus does not have FDA or Health Canada clearance. OnePlus does publish a support window, which most brands here do not: three years of operating system updates and three years of quarterly security patches, 2025 to 2027.

A 43mm version arrived in July 2025 at 36.8g with a 1.32in screen.
